Nearly 300 graduates from the Faculty of Computer Systems and Technologies received their diplomas

299 graduates from the 2025 Graduation of the Faculty of Computer Systems and Technologies at the Technical University – Sofia received their engineering diplomas. Of them, 230 are bachelors and 69 are masters.

Among the bachelors, there are four gold medalists for outstanding academic performance: Lorensia Davidkova, Valensia Davidkova, Melih Hadjimurad, and Yalda Ahabib. Among the masters, there are two gold medalists: Nona Mavrodieva and Velislava Kiriazova. They were awarded by the Deputy Rector for Academic Activities and Accreditation, Prof. Milena Lazarova.

Among the official guests were also the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Rumen Trifonov, the Honorary Dean, Prof. Ognyan Nakov, and business partners of the FCST – Radoslav Nikolov, Executive Director of SAP Labs Bulgaria, and Svetoslav Spasov, Executive Director of KPMG IT Service.

Deputy Rector Prof. Milena Lazarova congratulated the graduates on their choice of university and faculty, and the faculty staff of the FCST for their dedication and the knowledge imparted to the students. She thanked the companies that support the FCST and the university for their partnership.

The Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Rumen Trifonov, addressed the graduates, stating that they had chosen one of the most dynamic, demanding, and transformative fields of contemporary knowledge in computer, software, and information technologies. They had chosen not just a profession, but the tool through which the future of the world is built. He wished that the graduating engineers would indeed create and steer changes in the rapidly changing world.

The bachelors and masters of the 2025 graduation were also congratulated by representatives of the partner companies of the FCST.
