According to Order No. 01 of 03.01.2017 to the Rector of TU-Sofia inall students: bachelors (from 1st year, 2nd semester to 4th year), masters, additional masters and compensatory masters at the Technical University - Sofia will pay their semester and administrative fees cashless.
This can be done through the electronic payment system ePay.bg, at the POS terminals in the cash desks of TUT and with a budget payment order.
I. Payment via ePay.bg can be made through Internet (ePay) or at an ATM (B-Pay).
The most important thing you need to know to use these services:
1. Make sure that the bank card you will use is on the list of bank cards allowed for payment in ePay and B-pay.
2. To pay via the Internet, you need to register as a user on the ePay.bg page in the 'New Registration' section.
3. After registering a username and password, select "Payment Method" and choose the way you will make payments through the system.
4. To receive the obligation for the semester fee in ePay.bg, you need to log in with your username and password in the section "Payment of bills", "Add a payment account", section, "Education", trade name "TUS" and for subscriber number to provide your Unique Civil Number (ten digits) and faculty number, separated by a dot.
Example: for UCN 8601011111 and faculty number 12345678 you enter 8601011111.12345678.
5. To pay at an ATM (B-Pay) you need to select sequentially: "Other services", "B-pay", for "Merchant Code" is entered 86666. Next, enter EGN, and in the field "Personal Code" - Your faculty number. To make a payment, no prior registration is required. The procedure is clearly described on the epay.bg website in the section "Payment of bills at an ATM".
After paying via the Internet or at an ATM, the student is required to appear at the Faculty Student Office, where it is verified electronically whether the fee has been paid, after which the student is registered.
Through the system ePay and B-Pay, only the full semester fee can be paid.
II. Payment via POS terminal at the cash desks of TUT.
Semester fee for one semester in two installments, the entire semester fee and all administrative fees can be paid at the cash desk at TU-Sofia via a POS terminal.
After payment, the student receives a receipt, which they present at the faculty office.
III. Payment of semester and administrative fees via budget payment order.
Bank account in LEVA (BGN.) IBAN: BG89BNBG96613100103601, BIC: BNBGBGSD.

PhD students and foreign students at TUS will pay the annual and semester fees at the POS terminals in the cashier or through a budget payment order.
Foreign students from countries not members of the EU, whose fees are specified in the order in euros, and who wish to pay their fees in euros, can use the currency account of TUS in the BNB in euros IBAN: BG14BNBG96613400103641, BIC: BNBGBGSD.
Foreign students from countries, member states of the EU, who pay fees as Bulgarian students, can use the above account for payment in euros using the BNB fixing, which is: 1 euro=1.95583 BGN.
Example: 325 BGN: 1.95583= 166.17 euros.
A tripartite agreement has been concluded between TUS-Sofia, SG - Expressbank and ePay, on the basis of which TUS students do not pay the service fee to ePay, and debit cards issued by SG Expressbank are exempt from monthly fees.
For students who wish to have debit cards, these can be issued by SG Expressbank at the bank's office located at 16 Prof. G. Bradistilov Street, in front of Block I of TU - Sofia.
