The training in the specialty builds upon the basic software preparation acquired at the Bachelor's level and includes specialized disciplines that are based on the "Digital Europe" project of the European Commission, as well as the European initiatives EBDVP (European Big Data Value Partnership) and the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) of the European Association for Big Data to enhance Europe's competitiveness and the digital market. The specialized disciplines in the master's program are also part of the key European directions related to acquiring digital skills and developing the digital economy and digital society through the use of modern methods, tools, and technologies for intelligent analysis of big data.

The specialization "Analysis of Large Data Arrays and Streams" for the Master's degree is aimed at students who have completed a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in specialties from professional fields 4. Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Informatics and 5. Technical Sciences. The specialization has a predominantly applied orientation, and the curriculum is designed in accordance with the requirements for ensuring adequate and high-quality training of specialists for the labor market, as set forth in the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization regarding the increase in the number of trained software specialists in field 4.6: "Informatics and Computer Science".

The curriculum of the master's program "Analysis of Large Data Arrays and Streams" is developed taking into account the modern national, European, and global standards in the training of specialists in Information Technology.
