About the project
The project covers theoretical research and experimental activities aimed at creating an integrated open technological platform for implementing intelligent solutions for the management and analysis of large biomedical data. The platform will automate the innovative and efficient methods and algorithms for multidimensional data analysis developed by the team, and will also apply models for their visualization. The main goal of the platform is to support knowledge extraction and decision-making for the needs of medicine and biology. An integrated solution for the management, storage, analysis, and visualization of large volumes of heterogeneous data is proposed. It provides a user-friendly infrastructure for conducting scientific research and improving efficiency. The platform's features will be validated and demonstrated through a scalable framework with resource reconfiguration. For this purpose, various scientific workflows will be modeled for several use cases.
The project is interdisciplinary, bringing together experts in the fields of computer science, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, image processing, immunology, and mathematical modeling. It addresses a global problem of exceptional significance – the continuous increase in data volume. This leads to a growing need to update technologies, algorithms, and tools for data discovery, storage, processing, and analysis, knowledge discovery, and result visualization.
